Terms of Service
Last updated: June 20, 2026
By accessing or using the Axiom oracle network, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Please review them carefully before making deposits or triggering queries.
1. Escrow Deposits and Fees
Deposits made to the Gateway Escrow ledger are used exclusively to pay for verified data streams from nodes. Settle operations are final and executed programmatically based on the consensus threshold reached by the swarms.
2. API and SDK Usage
You agree to use our developer tools, API endpoints, and smart contract structures in compliance with applicable local and international laws. Do not abuse public endpoints or attempt denial-of-service queries.
3. No Financial Advice or Warranty
The oracle feeds are provided "as-is" without warranty. Axiom is not responsible for losses caused by node offline states, third-party API changes, or network congestion on the Arc chain.
4. Dispute Arbitration
Disputes between node operators and users are settled on-chain through the stake slashing mechanism defined in the consensus contract. Consensus is determined cryptographically.
